How long does delivery take?

We dispatch orders quickly from our base in Dublin. Irish orders typically arrive within 2–4 working days with tracking, and UK/EU orders within 3–7 working days. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

How much is shipping?

Standard Irish delivery is €4.95, and it's free on all orders over €50. Exact rates are always shown at checkout before you pay.

Are your products official and genuine?

Yes — 100%. We only stock officially licensed merchandise from trusted suppliers. We never sell fakes or knock-offs.

What is your returns policy?

If something isn't right, you have 30 days to return unused items in their original packaging for a refund or exchange. Just contact us and we'll make it easy.

Is checkout secure?

Absolutely. Payments are processed through Shopify's secure, encrypted checkout. We never see or store your card details.
